TeleCirc Phone Service

TeleCirc Dial-Out

Customers will receive a telephone message from the Library notifying that:
  • holds are available for pick up
  • materials are overdue
  • they have outstanding service charges
Please Note: Customers may cancel holds waiting for pick up, confirm holds for pick up and renew items using a touch tone phone. The Library may not be opened when the call is received.

TeleCirc Dial-In

With a touch tone phone, customers may dial 905-474-5966 to:
  • renew titles, this may be done 3 times provided there are no holds on the items (renewals require the full item barcode; please renew items on or before the due date to avoid a fine). Please listen carefully for confirmation of your renewal and due date. A reduced loan period may be in effect.
  • list items currently on your account and their due dates
  • list or cancel titles currently being held
  • find out what service charges are owed

Hours of TeleCirc Availability

Service is available 24 hours per day and 7 days per week, except the following times:
  • Fridays: 8:30-10:00 a.m.
  • Sundays: 3:00-10:00 a.m.
  • 3rd Sunday of each month: 3:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
