Membership

Residents of York Region

Membership is free to all who live, work, attend school or own property in the Town of Markham or a member municipalities of the York Public Libraries Network (YPLN).

Includes: Aurora, Newmarket, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, and all other municipalities in York Region including East Gwillimbury, Georgina, King, and Whitchurch-Stouffville.

Non-Residents

Those who do not live, work, attend school or own property in York Region will be charged a non-resident annual membership fee of $30.00 per person. This fee will apply to adults, children and seniors. This fee approximates the annual per capita cost of library service in Markham.
