Viewing your Account

Your MPL card is connected to your membership account (called My Account). By logging into "My Account" you can view the current status of items you've checked out, items you've requested, messages or any service charges owing on the account and account information such as address and phone number.

To protect your privacy you need a PIN, along with your library account number to log into "My Account". The default PIN is 1234. We recommend that you change your PIN for added protection.

To view your account

1. Log in to your account - Log in to your account by entering your library card number and PIN.
   
   
2. Click one of these links to see details about your account:

• Checked Out. This link lets you view a list of library items you have currently checked out. It also provides the option to renew checked out items before they are due.
• Holds. This link lets you view the status of items that you have requested. You can also activate, suspend, or cancel a hold request.
• Fines/Blocks. This link lets you view any messages or charges on your account. Messages include information about holds that have been cancelled or deleted, late charges or information that might block your borrowing privileges.
• Profile. This link lets you view information in your user profile. Your user profile is a record of contact information such as your name, home address, home telephone number, and e-mail address (optional). You can also update your PIN.
